AFP claims no probe into Australia Day fracas

Australian Federal Police say there is no proof to recommend anyone acted illegally in telling Aboriginal protesters where to locate Tony Abbott on Australia Day. Mr Abbott and Prime Minister Julia Gillard had to be escorted from a Canberra restaurant on Thursday following it was surrounded by a crowd of protesters indignant above Mr Abbott's feedback about the Aboriginal Tent Embassy.
Ms Gillard stumbled and fell in the melee as she lost a shoe and had to be dragged absent by a stability male.
Ms Gillard's press adviser Tony Hodges resigned right after it was uncovered that he served suggestion the protesters off about Mr Abbott's area.
