A US watchdog report says the US Office of Defence can't account for some $US2 billion ($1.8 billion) of Iraqi cash it held. The dept can not account for about two-thirds of the about $US3 billion in DFI (Development Fund for Iraq) money, the report to the US Congress by the Particular Inspector Standard for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) stated, citing the findings of an audit it done.
